General Terms and Conditions

Ronin Rhythm Productions GmbH is providing services based on the following General Terms and Conditions (GTC). The GTC apply for all services and deliveries related to the Webshop.

Prices are declared in Swiss francs (CHF) and include the legal value-added-tax (VAT) of 8%. For deliveries to a foreign, non-Swiss destination, prices are reduced by 8%. Product prices listed in the Webshop don’t include shipping and handling fees. In case shipping and handling fees apply, they are added separately during checkout (Step ‘Overview’).

Our Webshop is updated continuously. Nevertheless, articles may not be available despite being listed in the Webshop. In case some articles can not be delivered, the client will be informed. The order continues to be valid for remaining items that are in stock.

The sales order agreement is confirmed upon acceptance by Ronin Rhythm Productions GmbH.

Orders are delivered by Swiss Post. During checkout in the Webshop, the Customer can choose from the available delivery tariffs and priorities. Shipping costs are calculated individually per order. The shipping costs depend on the volume of the order, weight and destination country. Shipping and handling costs are added during checkout.

Orders to a foreign destination may apply to additional customs duties or VAT of the respective country. These additional costs are not covered by Ronin Rhythm Productions GmbH and have to be payed by the customer.

Normally the following times for delivery apply:

Switzerland
B-Post, approx. 4-5 working days after confirmation of the order

Europe
7 - 21 working days after confirmation of the order

Worldwide
10 - 30 working days

All information is supplied without guarantee. Delays may occur occasionally.

Ordered goods are property of Ronin Rhythm Productions GmbH until total payment is completed.

Items ordered from the Webshop can be returned within 10 days of receipt. Ronin Rhythm Productions GmbH can refund payments only after receiving the returned items. Refunds are only granted if the returned items arrived in new and flawless conditions. Sealed items (e.g. CDs) only get refunded if the original packaging was not opened or damaged. Shipping fees for returns to Ronin Rhythm Productions GmbH have to be covered by the customer.

Damaged items - as long as the customer is not responsible for any damage - can be returned within 10 days of receipt. Items with hidden damages can be returned within 10 days after the problem has occurred. Return charges can be covered by Ronin Rhythm under these circumstances. However, Ronin Rhythm Productions GmbH must be contacted and a mode of shipment needs to be agreed upon.

Ronin Rhythm Productions GmbH is only saving client-data necessary to process the orders. Client-data is solely used for this purpose. All data is treated as strictly confidential and in correspondence with the Data Protection Statement. Ronin Rhythm Productions GmbH is not handing out any Client-data to third parties. All data is transmitted securely (SSL encryption).

Our business activities are based on- and governed by Swiss law. Place of jurisdiction is the city of Zurich.

By submitting an order to Ronin Rhythm Productions GmbH, a Customer confirms to have read, understood and accepted the General Terms and Conditions.
